These Terms and Conditions for the use of the online store dionytravel apply to orders for the purchase of products/services offered by "DIONY TRAVEL SRL" through the website https://dionytravel.md/

For proper use of the website, we recommend that you carefully read the Terms and Conditions presented here. We reserve the right to make changes to these provisions without prior notice.

This website is owned by "DIONY TRAVEL SRL". When placing an order in the online store, the Buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions for the sale of goods/products and/or provision of services based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter — Terms and Conditions) presented below.

Use of the website https://dionytravel.md/ implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by "DIONY TRAVEL SRL", in accordance with Law no. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. The relationship between the client and the seller is established on the basis of Law no. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection and other normative acts adopted in accordance with it.

The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is obliged to monitor any changes.

By using the website https://dionytravel.md/, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for processing/confirming/fulfilling orders.

Personal data is processed only for legitimate purposes, such as providing the products you order, promotions, Google Analytics, cookies, and notifications/newsletter.

All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 133/2011 on personal data protection.

We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure proper use of information on the website. Data transmission over the internet or wireless network cannot be fully protected. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the security of information provided to the Buyer, who does so at their own risk.

Orders can be paid by bank card — upon receiving the order you will receive a fiscal receipt confirming payment.

Online payment is made under maximum security conditions using a payment card that allows online transactions. After payment, you will receive a payment confirmation at your email address.

The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard, which means a new global approach to buyer authentication in secure online transactions.

This security measure involves redirecting the user during payment to a secure maib page where each cardholder is authenticated by assigning a one-time code for each online transaction.

Refunds are made only to the payment card used for the purchase.

To make a payment, you will need to enter your bank card details. The transfer of this information is carried out in accordance with all necessary security measures. Information is transmitted in encrypted form and stored only on a specialized payment system server.

All payments are processed in the national currency — MDL (Moldovan lei). If the transaction currency differs from the payment currency, the transaction amount is converted according to the card transaction rate on the settlement date of the issuing bank.

Rescheduling a trip requires prior cancellation of the trip. Cancellation can be made before departure. Modification or cancellation of a reservation is not possible on board the coach (with the driver).

A round trip is considered one reservation. For each cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged per cancelled trip and per passenger, amounting to 20% of the total ticket value.

If a ticket is not used for a trip operated by the carriers of "DIONY TRAVEL SRL", the fare will not be refunded unless the company was informed of the impossibility of using the purchased ticket. One ticket is generated for each person and each trip. If the conditions for ticket fare refund are met, the request can be submitted within 3 days. It must be sent to "DIONY TRAVEL SRL" at dionytravel@gmail.com or by calling +37369139595. The processing fee will be reduced to 100 LEI.

All processing fees mentioned above and any transfer fees are not charged if a refund is requested due to circumstances for which "DIONY TRAVEL SRL" is responsible. The ticket price refund, minus processing fees and possible transfer fees, will be made in full to the account indicated by the client when placing the order.

In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection, the service provider processes personal data. Personal data is processed in good faith on the basis of and in accordance with legal provisions. Personal data processing is carried out by mixed means (automatic and manual), in compliance with legal requirements and under conditions that ensure security, confidentiality, and respect for the rights of data subjects.

The Provider collects and processes only personal data provided by consumers when placing an order: first name, last name, phone number, address, postal address.

Personal data is used exclusively for website administration, to allow access to special information, for order delivery, or to contact the consumer for delivery fulfillment. Through this notice, users and consumers are informed that their personal data (first name, last name, phone number, address, postal address) will be processed and used. The service provider processes personal data of users and consumers provided through browsing, use, and registration on the website https://dionytravel.md/

Any information provided by users and consumers of the website https://dionytravel.md/ will be considered and will represent express consent for personal data to be used by the Provider.

Employees of the service provider are obliged to respect the confidentiality of consumers' personal data. Personal data processing will be carried out by the Provider's authorized person.

The Provider uses security methods and technologies in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

The Provider does not collect transaction-related information such as card number, expiry date, or country of origin.
